The Role
The Chief of Staff at Scout is a strategic partner to the co-founders, responsible for driving execution across all critical business functions. You will act as an extension of the leadership team, helping to refine and implement strategic initiatives, optimize internal operations, and ensure alignment across teams. This is a great opportunity for prospective founders and repeat chief of staff functions to learn the ins and outs of the entire business and have a front row seat into building a rapidly growing venture-backed startup.
This is a high-impact role where you will work cross-functionally to facilitate investor relations, customer success, financial oversight, business model iterations, company structure, and organizational design. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating major investor meetings, large customer events, and industry conferences.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, analytical, and resourceful leader who thrives in ambiguity, is adept at problem-solving, and can translate high-level goals into executable plans.
